Quintain owns land surrounding Wembley Stadium. It takes around 20 minutes to walk from one side to the other.

Quintain already has planning permission for the yellow line area and the London Development Agency has permission for the blue line area.
The red line shows the new zone which Quintain is planning for now, to help Brent Council deliver its vision to transform Wembley into one of London’s brightest, most vibrant and successful places. We are particularly seeking your views on our ideas for this area.

The red line area is hugely important, linking the Arena and Stadium to Wembley Park Station either side of Olympic Way. Currently it is dominated by old industrial or office uses and large retail parks, which bring limited benefit to the people of Wembley and provide no community facilities.

The design which will be developed will be a long term ‘Masterplan’ to provide for the future of the area and integrate well with its surroundings. It will be delivered in phases – not least because many existing users of
the two retail parks have long leases.
