Wembley has a unique place in the history of London and, thanks largely to the Arena and the Stadium, it is one of the best known venues in the world. It has an exceptionally good transport network across road, bus, tube and rail benefiting from three stations served by five lines.
Site boundaries

Quintain owns the land surrounding Wembley Stadium highlighted opposite. It covers over 85 acres and takes around 20 minutes to walk from one side to the other. Currently it is dominated by old industrial or office buildings and car parking, which bring limited benefit to the people of Wembley and provide no community facilities.

The land shaded in yellow is owned by Quintain, already has outline planning permission and is being built out in phases. Current progress is set out on the next page.

The land shaded in blue is owned or being acquired by the London Development Agency, financed by Quintain, and already has outline planning permission. It is known as the Link Land. The White Horse Bridge has already been delivered and connects the area to Wembley High Road.

The land shaded in red surrounds the new Civic Centre and is owned by Quintain. The plans for its regeneration are described on later pages of this booklet and will be submitted as an outline planning application to Brent Council shortly.

The land shaded in green is also owned by Quintain and plans for these areas will come forward over time. Some of the retail and other uses on this land have long leases and so the areas are not yet available for mixed-use regeneration.
