Forum HouseForum House. The first residential building to be completed at Wembley City, with 286 high quality apartments, including 141 affordable homes, and a communal landscaped courtyard. There are also eight live-work units and the 'Wembley Works' employment portal in Forum House.

Quadrant CourtQuadrant Court. A residential building which opened in February 2010, comprising of 234 apartments, of which 144 are affordable, and a communal landscaped courtyard. The new Tesco is located here and there is also a facility for the local Primary Care Trust or for use by other community groups. Part of the building will also host retail on two floors as part of the London Designer Outlet Centre to open in late 2013.

EnvacEnvac. An innovative waste and recycling system is being fitted across the area which helps to significantly reduce carbon emissions and has increased recycling to over 40% of household waste. It consists of an underground network of pipes connected directly to a central collection area, with access points in each new building. This is already in operation in both Quadrant Court and Forum House.

Wembley ArenaWembley Arena. Now fully renovated and reoriented to face the heart of the emerging Wembley City, the Arena hosts around 140 music, sporting and other events in a year, continuing the great tradition of major events at Wembley.

Arena SquareArena Square. A major new public square in front of Wembley Arena, providing a focal point for the area, with interactive fountains, music and evening lighting all of which help to bring the Square to life.

Hilton HotelHilton Hotel. Piling and enabling works are already underway for the new Hilton Hotel, which will provide 4-star accommodation and conferencing facilities for visitors to Wembley.

Student AccommodationStudent Accommodation. Units for 660 students will be provided on the plot next to the Hilton Hotel. Piling and enabling works are underway for this building too and it will be ready for the 2012 intake.

Wembley Park BoulevardWembley Park Boulevard. This major new tree lined route will run from Arena Square though to the new White Horse Bridge, and will connect the existing shopping provision on Wembley High Road to the proposed new shopping and leisure facilities at Wembley City. The route for this can already be seen and new stretches of the Boulevard will open as construction is completed. In the short term a pedestrian link between the White Horse Bridge and the heart of the retail and leisure hub is proposed.

Wembley WorksWembley Works. Since opening in August 2008 this local employment centre, located in Forum House at the corner of Empire Way and Lakeside Way, has been providing local residents with access to new training, education and employment. It has already helped more than 200 people into work.

Tesco ExpressTesco Express. This new supermarket on the corner of Stadium Way and Empire Way is the first new shop to open, increasing shopping choice for local people.

New Crèche. New nursery space with an outside play area has already been built for up to 70 children as part of Forum House. This is expected to open later in 2010.

New Travel Options. A Car Club has been in operation since 2008 and secure cycle parking is provided for all, including in the public realm. In addition, Quintain has invested around £1.7 million into improving Wembley Park and Wembley Central Stations.

Outlet CentreLondon Designer Outlet Centre. Quintain will shortly begin work on a new pedestrianised designer outlet shopping mall together with a range of restaurants, cafés, bars and a nine screen cinema. This will be the only facility of its kind in London.

Nine Screen Cinema. Work will start shortly on a new nine screen cinema in the heart of the regeneration area, to be open by September 2013

Pedestrian LinksNew pedestrian links. Next to be opened up will be a link between South Way and Royal Route, improving pedestrian connections through the area. This will be achieved by replacing the existing multi-storey car park with a brand new structure.
